Orders received after 12.30pm, same day despatch can not be guaranteed. A valid signature is required upon delivery. Once your order has been delivered to you and we have received payment in full you will become the owner of the goods. They will be held by you at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Most small items can be shipped via the Royal Mail on their standard postal service, up to 3 selected items per order can be shipped via this service before it becomes too heavy and a courier service is required. Standard Dispatch
Whilst all of our customer orders are important to us, we understand that some customers require their goods quicker than others. The standard dispatch service is a more competitive service that will offer delivery of your goods in approx 48 to 72 Hours.
Priority Dispatch
This service is a premium service, which entitles your order to be dealt with as a priority. It will be picked, packed and dispatched before any other order of a lower status. Once your order is ready for dispatch it will be delivered between 24 to 48 hours by our chosen couriers (This is not a guaranteed next day service).
